I accept payments through credit cards, including HSA/FSA accounts. Monthly invoices can be provided upon request to assist with insurance submissions for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.

Individual Therapy
I provide telehealth services and offer in-person sessions on Wednesday afternoons. My goal is to ensure you receive the support you need in the most convenient and comfortable manner for you.
Intake Appointments: 60 minutes, $200
Individual Therapy Sessions: 50 minutes, $180 each

EMDR
EMDR therapy is offered in 8-week block sessions or can be incorporated into individual therapy sessions. If you are interested in exploring this treatment, please contact me for more details. We can schedule an assessment to determine if EMDR is suitable for your personal therapeutic needs.
EMDR 8-Week Package: $1200 total
EMDR 90-Minute Intensive Session: $250 each

Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for MSW supervisees in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, available individually and conducted either in-person or virtually to accommodate your preferences. Your professional development is my priority, and I am committed to supporting your journey and sharing the valuable skills I’ve acquired throughout my career.
Clinical Supervision:
