Technique

In my therapy practice, I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches to offer a personalized experience tailored specifically to each client's needs. My methods include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Aids in the processing of trauma by reducing the long-lasting effects of stressful memories and enhancing emotional healing.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Fosters a connection with the core "Self" to heal and integrate internal parts, leading to emotional balance and overall well-being. The emphasis is on reducing internal conflict and achieving harmony to support long-term healing and personal growth.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Promotes psychological flexibility and mindfulness, encouraging clients to embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them.
