Old Town Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC

Therapy to nurture the soul and heal unresolved hurts.

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: There is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. We all have a deep-rooted need for communal support. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, and we all could benefit from a less cluttered routine.

I am honored that we get to explore these topics together. I’m here not to teach you, but to learn with you, as we navigate life’s seasons. This is a safe space. Let’s throw all stigmas out the window as we work to increase our wellness of body and spirit.

 About me:

In order to understand my style of therapy, I would like to explain a little about myself.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker servicing VA, MD, and DC.  I began my practice in 2003, and have worked with a variety of individuals, couples, and families over the years. I have fine tuned my practice to focus on individuals suffering from Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, as well as Eating Disorders for adults and teenagers. I enjoy meeting new clients as every individual comes to sessions with their own unique goals and presenting challenges, and together we create goals to start the journey of healing.
